We are offering a 6 month contract for a diligent worker who will oversee the day-to-day financial and administrative tasks within a friendly team.

About Us:

Corporate Technology Services (CTS) ( is a key provider of audio visual facilities management services to prominent business clients. Our services consist of onsite audio visual support, integration, maintenance, event support, equipment hire and broadcast video support. Initially established in Sydney, CTS have been expanding our services to Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth.

Your Role:

You will be required to work full time across the organisation and support different teams. You will be responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and fortnightly Payroll for between 30-40 staff.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the following duties:

— Full autonomy of the accounting duties including payroll
— Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
— Ledger account reconciliations including bank
— Managing and maintaining the business bookings calendar
— Timesheets collection and payroll process
— Prepare and processing BAS/IAS/Payroll Tax/Work Compensation
— General administration duties as required

Your Background:

— A degree or certificate in Accounting and a minimum 3 years’ experiences in an autonomous Accounting role
— Experiences in working with MYOB is a must
— High attention to detail
— The ability to multi-task and think laterally
— Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders of all professional levels.
