Based at our St Kilda Road campus, we are seeking an outstanding Administrative Assistant for a permanent, part time (20 hours per week) position.

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Adamson Theatre Company (ATC), as well as acting as a liaison between all areas involved in the realisation of each production (for example Directors, Set Designers, Lighting Designers). 

This is a multi-faceted role reporting directly to the Artistic Director of the Adamson Theatre Company, as well as having key working relationships with other members of the ATC.

The Assistant will have a broad range of administrative responsibilities relevant to the role and in addition, will be required to communicate effectively with all members of the school community, students and parents, external suppliers of services to the school and members of the general public.  The position provides opportunities for independent work and to demonstrate initiative. 

To be successful in this role you will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and ideally have experience in a similar role dealing with a wide variety of people.  You will be at ease working in a busy, changing environment and be able to make decisions and handle unexpected situations in a professional manner.
