About the vacancy


With an exciting 2021 program underway and as part of AFC’s drive to build on its strong position as an internationally recognised Performing Arts Centre, the Programming department is on the hunt for an Arts enthusiast to support the coordination of the 2021 Adelaide Cabaret Festival.

Working with the Producer, Cabaret and Commercial and other members of the Commercial and Cabaret Team, the Assistant Producer will support the scoping, development, contracting, planning, logistics and delivery of the 2021 Adelaide Cabaret Festival and AFC Commercial program.

The successful candidate will work well under pressure, have a sound understanding of artist contracts, be familiar with the logistics of festival delivery and oversee festival schedules, venue bookings, technical specifications, budgets and artist itineraries, accommodation and ground transport arrangements.
