Audio/Lighting/Visual Technician

Distillery Road Market is looking for passionate Audio/Lighting/Visual Technicians to be involved with events, activations and live music productions within our growing dining and entertainment precinct. 

Situated half-way between the Gold Coast and Brisbane, Distillery Road Market is the region’s newest food and entertainment hub, inspired by the world’s best markets, boasting events and live entertainment.

We are looking for experienced senior technicians, as well as opportunities for junior technicians who are willing to learn under the guidance of our team.  

We are seeking experienced audio engineers and lighting operators to join their production team who exhibit the following characteristics: 

• Skilled operation of audio/visual equipment 
• Knowledge of lighting, audio and vision equipment and the ability to learn new equipment and systems  
• High standards, professionalism, communication skills and an eye for detail  
• Passionate about live music, corporate events and creative activations 
• Ability to work with initiative and use problem solving skills 
• Flexible hours including weekends and nights
• Forklift, EWP and Rigging tickets favoured but not required  

Casual And Sub-Contract positions available for immediate start, with opportunities for more permanent positions in the future.
