Twisted Pair Productions is a Brisbane based production company providing audio-visual production and installation services. We have been servicing Queensland & Northern NSW for the past 14 years. We offer our clients quality & reliable products and service that they can count on. Our installation team works primarily on commercial audio-visual installation solutions for hospitality, education, sports facilities etc…





We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team full time, heading up our installations department. Focusing on building new business, installing audio visual solutions while also managing our existing client base. You’ll be proficient at self-time management, working to schedules with tradespeople and importantly communicating effectively with clients. Responsibilities include site meetings, drawing up AV plans, quoting projects,  ordering equipment, Troubleshooting, Ruffins, Fit offs and managing contractors. You will be on the tools If required in downtimes. 



Essential Skills Required.

  • 5+ years previous experience in installing Audio Visual equipment.
  • 2+ years previous experience in Audio Visual equipment sales.
  • Sales and customer relation skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial video, audio and IT systems
  • QLD blue/white card
  • QLD manual drivers’ licence
  • Understanding of audio-visual best practices & design principles.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and able to cope with ad hoc requests
  • Ability to work autonomously to a high standard.
  • Strong emphasis on quality control and high attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, Reliable with a strong work ethic and well presented.
  • Interested in new tech and upskilling.
  • A good attitude towards the team and clients


Non-Essential Skills

  • Elevated work platform license (EWP)
  • ACMA cabling licence
  • Intermediate networking knowledge
