About the Position:

A role for a self-motivated, ambitious and passionate professional who is keen to take ownership of the production at our events. 


Reporting to the Head of Experience, you’ll work closely with our events team to ensure that not only is the event technically set up (whether that’s live, virtual or hybrid) but you’ll also use your creative side to curate moments through sound, video & lighting – heightening the event experience for all!

With at least 2 years’ experience in event AV production, we are looking for someone to;

  • Design the AV setup for each event
  • Manage & maintain our inhouse equipment
  • Manage bump in & bump out for inhouse events (Equipment installation and configuration)
  • Run either Audio and/or Video at our events
  • Liaise with AV partners for external events
  • Interest in new AV technology for future events

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years experience managing AV event production
  • Experience managing team members preferred 
  • A Passionate, Energetic and Hardworking Personality
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Mature thinker with the ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Works well under pressure
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability & desire to travel interstate regularly and occasionally work weekends during events
  • Ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong team engagement and collaboration skills
  • A genuine “can do attitude”
  • Experience with Zoom (webinars & meetings) and Asana is an advantage
