Thank you for your interest in the position of Director; Technical and Production with the Sydney Theatre Company.
We are searching for someone to lead and develop the technical and production areas of Sydney Theatre Company delivering the highest production values possible and sustainable venue operations. Maintaining and ensuring effective operations, financial management, long range problem solving, skills development and training. The role will oversee the Technical and Production departments in successful planning, budgeting, creative liaison, rehearsal, building, operating and touring all Sydney Theatre Company productions.

Hours of Work
This is an initial two year fixed term contract position. The usual hours of work are 35 hours per week however, the job requires a willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
The position is based at The Wharf, Sydney Theatre Company, Pier 4/5 Hickson Road, Walsh Bay.
Salary and Entitlements
- Salary is dependent on skills and experience
- 4 weeks annual leave
- 10.5% Superannuation
- Complimentary tickets to STC productions (subject to availability)
