Harry the hirer Productions is a world class event production business with an undisputed reputation for service with the most advanced, state-of-the-art hire product. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic account manager to join our productions team based in our Melbourne office.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Developing technical concepts & solutions to meet client requirements
  • Initiating sales, preparing quotations and technical specifications
  • Preparing detailed operational schedules incorporating critical timings and personnel involved
  • Conducting site inspections with clients
  • End-to-end event delivery
  • Compiling technical briefs and plans
  • Assisting with general sales enquiries and the sourcing of new clients
  • Completing administrative support as directed
  • Social networking management
  • Managing and growing client relationships

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Be innovative and have a passion for new technology
  • Well presented with an outstanding customer focus
  • Passion for delivering the highest production solutions
  • Ability to provide clear direction and lead production teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Preferred experience in a technical or event role with a background in lighting, rigging and/or audio visual
