Harry the hirer Productions is a world class event production business with an undisputed reputation for service with the most advanced, state-of-the-art hire product. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic account manager to join our productions team based in our Melbourne office.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Developing technical concepts & solutions to meet client requirements
- Initiating sales, preparing quotations and technical specifications
- Preparing detailed operational schedules incorporating critical timings and personnel involved
- Conducting site inspections with clients
- End-to-end event delivery
- Compiling technical briefs and plans
- Assisting with general sales enquiries and the sourcing of new clients
- Completing administrative support as directed
- Social networking management
- Managing and growing client relationships
The successful candidate will possess:
- Be innovative and have a passion for new technology
- Well presented with an outstanding customer focus
- Passion for delivering the highest production solutions
- Ability to provide clear direction and lead production teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Preferred experience in a technical or event role with a background in lighting, rigging and/or audio visual
