Bettercast is a hybrid/virtual event and conferencing platform for business events around Australia. Our flexible platform can be customised to fit any event format, from a single 90 min presentation to a multi-day virtual conference experience.

We are looking to find someone that has experience in the AV industry, preferable a tech that has done some live streaming before. They would have sales experience and some client management experience, but generally, just be a well-liked/ known person in the AV world in AUS/NZ. 

The role will be to:
  1. Identify the target partner companies in AUS/ NZ
  2. Identify the right person in each company
  3. Reach out to that person and make some sort of contact. 
  4. Set a demo of the platform/s whichever (there are two) will fit them better
  5. List them as a partner on the website
  6. Manage any inbound leads that come in and put them in the pipeline.
  7. Assist in onboarding clients into the platform where needed.
  8. Be awesome.
Your responsibilities:
  1. Hit set monthly KPIs of contacts and partner agreements
  2. Create and manage a referral program.
  3. Hit sales targets for events booked.
  4. Engage all partners on email or video regularly to ensure Bettercast stays top of mind
  5. support partners and clients in their event setup and execution
  6. Be awesome.

The remuneration:

  • Base wage plus commission
  • Fully remote role
  • Phone/internet budget
  • Vested share options in the company
