This is a great opportunity in our Technical Service Department to provide excellent technical customer service support  to Sennheiser’s retail and professional customers.

About the Role

As a Technical Customer Support Representative, it will be your responsibility to coordinate, supply, assess and action spare parts and repair enquiries, warranty repairs and test and replace requirements, referring cases on to our technical specialists when necessary. The role will require you to provide customers with phone based assistance.  

About You

This role is ideal if you are passionate about audio and music technologies.  

You will require:

  • A strong customer focus
  • Internal customer service/order fulfilment experience
  • The demonstrable ability to problem solve and trouble shoot
  • Good time management, with the ability to work towards delivery deadlines
  • Competency with Excel spread sheets

Knowledge of an automated stock control system such as JD Edwards or SAP will be highly regarded.
