About the opportunity:

We have a number of fantastic opportunities for Video Technicians to join our multi-awarded team. We are seeking committed and skilled video technicians to join our Technology Services team on a full time and casual basis.

You will be responsible for the delivery of vision services for all events across the Convention and Exhibition Centres, ensuring the expectations of the clients are exceeded. The setup, operation and pack down of video equipment for a variety of events will be required, as will the ability to solve issues as they arise.

Shifts are allocated across a 7 day week, and are event dependent. Some overnight work will be an expectation of these roles.

About You:

You will need to have proven experience in the equipment and systems used for events, be professionally presented and groomed for a corporate environment, have a strong customer service focus, excellent team skills, the ability to communicate clearly and a willingness to expand your knowledge across all disciplines in the area.

As a video technician we are looking for people experience with:

Barco Event Master systems E2/S3 is preferred but not necessary
Projectors and projector blending
The ability to read vision schematics and setup vision systems
The ability to operate vision equipment in a show environment.

You must be flexible to work across the 7 day week, night and day.
