About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a proactive and personable Account Manager to join our growing team. In this client-facing role, you’ll be the key link between High Noon and our valued customers, ensuring smooth project delivery from initial enquiry through to execution and post-event follow-up.
You’ll work closely with our production and operations teams to help scope, quote, coordinate, and oversee a wide range of live events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for live events and production.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Prepare quotes, proposals and event briefs in collaboration with internal teams
- Coordinate event logistics, equipment, and staffing in line with client requirements
- Ensure timely and effective communication between clients and internal departments
- Attend events where required to ensure client satisfaction and event success
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and improve service offerings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in our project management system

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in account management, event coordination or production management (ideally within events, entertainment or AV/production industries)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service
- Sound computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with quoting or scheduling software
Essential Requirements
- The right to work in Australia
- A current manual driver’s licence (truck licence highly regarded)
- Availability to occasionally work outside standard business hours when required
