The SSL Pure Drive Octo preamp offers so many features beyond providing a simple mic/line amplifier that the word ‘Preamp’ in the product name arguably sells this unit well short.

I just thoroughly enjoyed the whole system. It had really good imaging and was just so well defined.

The Arolla is a 25kg light producing 22,000 plus lumens. This gives you about 880 lumens per kilogram of fixture.
