A Pathway to Jobs in Live Music: some thoughts from an attendee.

The first stage of the program has been completed. It covered hands on training in rigging, staging, audio, lighting and video, as well as general venue skills. 20 trainees signed up for the adventure and all got a lot out of it. Phase 2 involves industry mentoring and is currently underway.
