We’re looking for a Crewing & Logistics Coordinator to take ownership of how our jobs are staffed, scheduled, and delivered.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for coordinating all crew and logistics across our events — ensuring the right people, equipment and vehicles are in the right place, at the right time.

This is not a passive admin role.

You’ll be at the centre of operations — making decisions, solving problems, and keeping everything moving.

What You’ll Be Doing

Crew Scheduling

• Allocate crew across installs, shows and pack-downs

• Manage availability of full-time, casual and freelance staff

• Build and maintain a reliable core crew network

• Handle last-minute changes with confidence

Logistics Coordination

• Plan deliveries, pickups and vehicle movements

• Coordinate warehouse dispatch with job schedules

• Ensure efficient use of vehicles and crew time

Labour & Efficiency

• Track labour hours vs job budgets

• Identify inefficiencies and reduce overtime

• Help improve overall labour performance

Team Communication

• Work closely with Sales, Warehouse and Technical teams

• Ensure everyone is aligned on timing, staffing and logistics

What We’re Looking For

You’ll likely have:

• Experience in events, AV, logistics or crew coordination

• Strong organisational and scheduling skills

• Ability to manage multiple jobs at once

• A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure

• Highly organised and proactive

• A strong communicator

• Confident making decisions

• Not afraid to take ownership
