- $90,000 – $100,000 per year, plus 12% super
The Role
We’re seeking an experienced and people-focused leader to head our staging team at Geelong Arts Centre. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, setting clear direction and fostering a collaborative, safety-focused culture. This role is about more than just event delivery, it’s about growing people, strengthening performance and ensuring the team is equipped to meet the demands of a dynamic, multi-venue environment.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and presenters, bringing practical insight and clear, confident guidance to staging outcomes. Alongside this, you’ll ensure staging systems, equipment and assets are well maintained, fit for purpose and sustainably managed over time. You’ll focus on strengthening systems, supporting long-term planning and building trusted relationships that enable the team to deliver with consistency and confidence.
