Job Title: Sales Representative/Account Manager

Job Description: As a Sales Representative/ Account Manager for Audacity Australia, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success. 

Your primary objectives will be to: 

  • Generate high-quality leads and expand our customer base within the AV HiFi, IT and CE channel.
  • Perform proactive outreach to potential customer segments and present our product offerings to new clients.
  • Business development Including to new and existing clients, telephone sales, Customer visits and product demo’s
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage existing customers and efficiently handle new leads and prospects.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in our Industry /Wholesale /distribution or Retail sales Audio HiFi/ CE/ IT market
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in CRM program usage (training will be provided), allowing you to efficiently manage customer interactions and sales processes.
  • General technology skills, including familiarity with Outlook 365, Skype/Teams, and Monday CRM.
  • A passion for technology and a keen interest in the Audio CE HiFi and IT markets.
