About the role

We are seeking senior and experienced audio visual technicians for venue based team leadership roles. Working closely with the Operations Manager and Venue Director, you will be a senior operator taking the lead on key events. You will also take part in the training and mentoring of other technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Operate live events of all sizes and complexities
• Load, set and removal of equipment;
• Test and check installed equipment including aligning, tuning and troubleshooting;
• Technical consultation with management and the technical team
• Provision of leadership and supervision to technical crew
• Take part in post event de-briefs and reports
• Assist with WHS requirements and compliance

• Flexibility of working hours across a 24 hour a day 7 days a week roster
• Current drivers licence / and truck licence
• Scissor lifter / forklift licence
• Rigging qualifications
