We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Venue AV Sales Executive in Brisbane CBD.

We are looking for an individual to be the sales contact for production requirements within the venue, supported by the Venue Production Manager. Role would be well suited to AV technicians wanting to further their career in a more client focused area. You should demonstrate a high level of expertise in the following areas:

  • AV production technology and deployment
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Improving existing client relationships and developing new client relationships 
  • Oversight of job delivery and interface with client 
  • Meeting key financial objectives 
  • Effective communication and reporting 
  • Compliance with policies and procedures

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and determine solutions required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the AV / Event Industry 
  • Experience in Vectorworks, RentalPoint, and MS office software
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills required 
  • Strong ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proven history of customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong technical knowledge of AV equipment to include Audio, Video and Lighting
  • Highly detail-oriented with superior organisational skills

The successful applicant will be responsible for driving sales growth by securing new business and managing existing relationships to maximise revenue. 

Technical knowledge, combined with a minimum of 5 years proven excellence in sales within the audio-visual industry, ability to work within a team, customer service excellence and a professional approach will ensure success in this role.
