Martin RUSH MH 3 Beams ideal for regional Victoria

Nick Moloney works as a mobile DJ as well as a lighting technician at Victoria’s Colac Performing Arts Centre and recently he treated himself to four Martin RUSH MH 3 Beams. Not only do they add a wow factor to his DJ set up, he can get a return on his investment by sub-hiring them to the Arts Centre.

“I own some Martin MAC700’s and I was looking for something that would complement them with a different effect,” commented Nick. “The RUSH MH 3 Beams are really bright and punchy. I compared the RUSH MH 3 Beams to the Clay Paky Sharpys and I thought the RUSH would work for our desired applications. I also prefer to stay with the Martin brand if possible.”

The RUSH MH 3 Beam is a powerful beam moving head that blasts an intense and narrow long-throw beam for spectacular mid-air looks and effects. It houses a fixed gobo wheel and colour wheel with a multitude of effects possible from a dimmer, strobe effect, 8-facet prism and focus.

“The RUSH MH 3 Beams have been fantastic,” added Nick. “They do a really good, job, look fantastic and use very little power which is a bonus when touring regional Victoria performing arts centres. I’ll definitely be looking at purchasing some more RUSH fixtures in the future.”

The fixtures were supplied by Bishop Audio & Lighting.
