About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Audio Visual Programmer to help bring smart systems to life. This hands-on role involves custom programming, troubleshooting, and collaborating with installation teams to deliver tailored tech solutions to our clients.

Your hours will be spread amongst our Caringbah office, with occasional site visits to assist with commissioning or support.

Key Responsibilities

• Program and customise automation systems (Crestron, Control4, RTI, Q-SYS, etc.)

• Provide remote support for AV, automation, and smart security systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software/networking issues

• Create custom scripts and integrations for client-specific needs

• Assist with system setup, configuration, and documentation

• Collaborate with installers, project managers, and clients

• Deliver training and support for end users and internal staff

Skills & Experience

• Solid experience with AV programming – ideally with Crestron, Control4, RTI, Q-SYS, DSPs

• Strong understanding of IP networking, AV distribution, and system integration

• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently

• Clear communication skills with a customer-first approach

• Experience in AV integration or technical support is highly regarded

• Strong attention to detail and ability to document work accurately
