• $90,000 – $120,000 per year

Your Role

As an AV/ICT Installation Technician, you will:

• Install and manage cable infrastructure with precision and professionalism.

• Configure and deploy technically advanced systems, including:

  • Centralized control systems

  • Distributed audio

  • Teams and Zoom Rooms

  • Custom LED displays

  • AV/IP endpoints and networking

  • Custom lectern and rack builds

  • Integration of medical devices

• Collaborate with clients, builders, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery.

• Lead tasks with a strong focus on detail, safety, and quality.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the AV/ICT industry.

• Strong time management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Proven ability to manage projects and work effectively within a team.

• A proactive attitude, excellent work ethic, and genuine passion for technology.

Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded)

• Experience with Simpro and Microsoft Office 365.

• Familiarity with Q-SYS, Crestron, Extron, and AMX systems.

• Electrical apprentices (2–3 years) looking to transition into AV are encouraged to apply.

• Sponsorship opportunities are available for exceptional candidates.
