About the role….
• Manage the day to day delivery of staffing and resources across Audio Visual Production Services.
• Manage client event expectations in an effective and professional manner.
• Oversee the rostering of casual team members with department managers Provide information and quotes precisely and efficiently.
• Provide an overall level of management to ensure that events are designed, built and operated efficiently, safely and within BCEC operational guidelines and policies.
• Oversee AV Project Management team activities providing support with event design.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained to appropriate working standards, monitor and control equipment service and maintenance ensuring adequate records are kept.
• Monitor, review, develop and implement operating procedures and standards in all areas of responsibility, including but not limited to QA, and risk and training manuals.
The successful applicant will be required to provide the Centre with a National Police Check Certificate Name Only (Police Check).
