Your Role:
At CTS, we are committed to creating and building trusted business relationships.
In the capacity as AV Technician in our Support team, you will be the primary AV resource for one of our Canberra based clients, sitting within the broader client-based IT services team, and mainly working on;
- Liaising with clients to ensure their technology needs are met;
- Assist with video conferencing / AV presentation room set up and active troubleshooting of equipment faults, escalating to service desk teams where required via ticket-managed ITSM tools;
- Bump in, operate and bump out IT & AV systems for corporate events, conferences and broadcasts;
- Basic computer wireless network set up.
Your Background:
To be considered for this position you will have the following:
- Tertiary/TAFE qualified with notable experience in operating Audio, Vision and Lighting equipment. Additional AV certifications will be looked on favourably.
- Australian Government Security Vetting Agency – Baseline Clearance as a mandatory requirement of the role.
- Easily able to collaborate and build trust with a varied range of key stakeholders.
- Well-developed time management skills with good availability for shifts and a focus on attention to detail.
- Purposeful and dedicated in implementing results-focused solutions.
- 2+ years of experience in AV/IT support environments, ideally in L1 and L2 support roles troubleshooting and supporting MTR environments.
