We’re expanding our casual crew pool in Melbourne and are looking for bump-in / bump-out crew, exhibition installers, and beginner to intermediate AV, lighting and staging operators – along with reliable people who want to build a career in the live events industry.

Whether you’ve worked on exhibitions, conferences, live events, trade shows or simply have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

With a busy calendar of exhibitions, conventions and live events across Melbourne, we’re looking to connect with people who are ready to jump in and get involved.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your experience, you’ll be involved in:

• Exhibition and event installations
• Bump in / bump out – loading, unloading, setup and pack-down
• Warehouse preparation, packing and equipment management
• Supporting AV, lighting, staging and technical operations
• Assisting with audio, vision and lighting setup
• Following production schedules and taking direction from team leaders
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety, professionalism and teamwork

What You’ll Bring

• Previous events, exhibition, labouring, AV or production experience is highly regarded
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Availability across weekdays and/or weekends
• Physical capacity to lift, carry and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Location: Melbourne & surrounding areas (Victoria)
Employment: Casual under the relevant Award
Pay: Above award rates, depending on experience
Start: Immediate opportunities available
