As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an organised and self-motivated person to join our team, assisting with rental equipment prep and de-prep, warehouse coordination, job scheduling, deliveries and after-hire collections.
About the Role
A “Hire Fulfilment Team Member” plays a vital role in the successful delivery of our events and installations. This position is responsible for preparing, maintaining, organising, and coordinating rental equipment to ensure jobs are delivered efficiently and accurately.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys organisation, logistics, problem-solving, and working as part of a team. The successful applicant will gain exposure to all areas of the business and have opportunities for career progression as the company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare lighting equipment and accessories for upcoming jobs.
- Check equipment in and out of inventory before and after events.
- Test, clean, maintain, and organise rental equipment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control.
- Coordinate equipment allocation across multiple projects.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
- Support delivery, installation, and collection activities when required.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members regarding project requirements.
- Identify damaged or missing equipment and assist with maintenance scheduling.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Assist in improving systems and processes that increase efficiency and accuracy.
About You
The ideal candidate will be:

- Physically capable of handling event equipment safely.
- Confident using computers and learning new software systems.
- Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Committed to maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional service.
Desirable Experience
- Experience in events, lighting, audio-visual, production, logistics, warehousing, or equipment hire.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential).
