In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of planning, installing, coordinating and servicing cutting-edge systems across a wide variety of exciting projects. From theatrical drapes and stage machinery to audio, AV, lighting, broadcast, and control systems – your expertise will help bring creative visions to life.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on problem-solving, excels in quality installation works and communicates with clarity and confidence. Your ability to be result driven will be key to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

About You

Ideally you will have:

  • Demonstrated interest and understanding of audio-visual technology.
  • Proven experience with supervising projects and installation technicians.
  • Minimum 5+ years of on-site experience, including work on construction sites.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, particularly cable installations and structural integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer hardware.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and virtual.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on project needs.
  • Solid understanding of best practice WHS procedures.
  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a solutions-focused mindset.
