• Prepare production schedules and technical documentation.

• Manage equipment allocation.

• Coordinate with venue technical teams and suppliers to ensure smooth integration.

• Mentor and support technical crew, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Technical Expertise
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a strong working knowledge of:

• Audio systems: Digital mixing consoles, wireless mic systems, PA design and deployment.

• Video systems: Vision switchers, projection mapping, signal routing, and playback systems.

• LED screen systems: Setup and operation of modular LED displays. Proficiency with LED processing and control, pixel mapping, content scaling, and troubleshooting display configurations.

• Lighting systems: DMX lighting control, LED and moving head fixtures, dimming systems, and basic rigging principles.

• Staging and rigging: Understanding of truss systems, rigging safety, and venue-specific load restrictions.

• Networking and control: AV-over-IP systems, network configuration for streaming/hybrid events, and show control integration.

About You

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in live event production or technical management.

• Strong understanding of corporate AV environments and client expectations.

• Experience in live sports is favourable.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead on-site crews.
