PCC Productions is the leading AV hire company delivering high-quality production for concerts, corporate events, and more across the Pilbara. We’re looking for a Lead Audio Technician/Production Coordinator to take charge of live sound operations and help us continue raising the bar.

What You’ll Do:
🎛️ Mix live audio – FOH, monitors, wireless systems, and backline
🎚️ Work with top brands – Nexo, QSC, Allen & Heath, Sennheiser, and more
📦 Prep & maintain gear – Ensure all equipment is ready for gigs
👥 Lead & train crew – Guide junior and casual staff on-site for events
🎤 Deliver quality experiences – Work closely with clients and artists to achieve the best sound
What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience in live sound mixing (concert & corporate)

Comfortable working with Nexo, QSC, Allen & Heath, Sennheiser

Hands-on, reliable, and a great communicator

Willing to relocate to Port Hedland

Bonus: Skills in lighting or video a plus, but not required

Bonus: MR or higher drivers license a plus, but not required
