Audio Visual Warehouse & Projects Manager

Are you a senior AV professional who knows exactly how a show should be prepped, packed, and delivered?

Live Productions is looking for a Warehouse & Projects Manager to be the operational heartbeat of our business. We need somebody with 10+ years of industry experience who understands the nuances of high-end event delivery and wants to own the process from warehouse to site.

The Role:

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be responsible for:

• Inventory Authority: Management of our Rentman system. You’ll oversee the lifecycle of our gear, from meticulously planned preps to efficient returns and ongoing maintenance.

• Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinating transport, managing suppliers, and ensuring the right kit is in the right place at the right time.

• Technical Support: Acting as a high-level resource for project teams, ensuring technical drawings translate to real-world setups, and taking on internal and external projects.

• People Leadership: Running the warehouse floor and managing the workflow of casual staff and freelancers.

• Range: $90,000 – $115,000 per year

The Person: Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a specific mix of technical and operational rigour. You are the right fit if:

• You’ve “been there, done that”: With 10+ years in AV, you can look at a gear list and immediately spot what’s missing or what won’t work on-site.

• You are “Organised-Obsessive”: You hate messy areas and inaccurate inventory data. You believe that a successful show starts with a perfect prep.

• You’re a Practical Problem Solver: You work well autonomously. When a logistics hurdle pops up, you find a solution before anyone else notices there’s a problem.

• You’re a Leader, not just a Boss: You can motivate a casual crew on a Friday afternoon and maintain high standards of equipment care.

• You’re willing to be flexible, adaptable and work hard when required to get things done.

Technical Essentials:

• 10+ Years AV Industry Experience (Essential).

• Systems Literate: Strong experience with Rentman or similar inventory software.

• An MR or HR Licence is highly regarded, as is Vectorworks proficiency.
