Operations & Projects Manager
PAV Sales & Installation | Perth, WA
We do dozens of jobs a week. This role makes sure every one of them lands clean.
About PAV Sales & Installation
PAV Sales & Installation deliver large-scale audio visual and technology installations across hospitality, commercial venues and major projects in WA.
We don’t do one job every six weeks. We do many jobs, constantly — often overlapping, often moving fast. That means this business lives or dies by planning, coordination, and execution.
This role exists to take pressure off the Salespersons, bring structure to daily operations, and lead the tech team so projects run on time, properly, and without drama.
About the role
As operations & projects manager, you own the engine room of the business.
you are responsible for turning sold work into completed installs — smoothly, efficiently, and without people chasing you.
You manage technicians, scheduling, job readiness, materials, client communication and follow-through. If something slips, you catch it early. If something is unclear, you fix it. If a system is broken, you improve it.
This is not a desk-only role and not a firefighter role. Your job is to prevent problems, not react to them.

About you
