The Role
One 20 Productions is seeking an experienced and motivated Lighting Technician to join our dynamic team.
You’ll work across a wide range of live events — from corporate shows to festivals — helping to design, prepare, install and operate professional lighting systems.
We’re after someone who takes pride in their work, thrives under pressure, and enjoys being part of a team that delivers high-quality results every time.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in lighting operation, setup and design for live events
• Competency in using industry-standard lighting consoles such as MA, Chamsys, or Avolites
• Understanding of DMX, networking and intelligent lighting systems
• Willingness to assist in other AV areas (audio, vision, staging) when required
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Current driver’s licence essential; Rigger’s Ticket or EWP Licence highly regarded
