About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for our Sydney venues: Machine Hall and The Venue Alexandria, ensuring smooth communication and top-tier service.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and recommend optimal venue solutions.
• Manage contracts, bookings, and client documentation accurately and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver flawless event experiences.
• Support clients throughout the planning and execution phases, exceeding expectations at every turn.
• Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and proactive client engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in account management, client services, or related roles within the events or hospitality venue industry.
• Strong understanding of technical audio-visual systems, including audio, vision, lighting, and live production services.
• CAD software skills are advantageous—preferably Vectorworks (training available).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A customer-centric attitude and proactive problem-solving approach.
• A collaborative team player with a passion for creating memorable events.
