Operations Coordinator – NSW

Resolution X is Australia’s leading entertainment lighting and production specialist, delivering high-quality technical solutions across live events, touring, broadcast and installations nationwide.

We’re seeking an Operations Coordinator to support and drive the day-to-day performance of our warehouse and logistics operations in Homebush.

This is a hands-on operational leadership role for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced environments, motivating teams, improving processes, and ensuring safe, efficient delivery of projects.

About the Role

Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, logistics coordination, stock control, and team performance.

• Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting daily warehouse operations and workflow planning
• Leading and motivating warehouse and logistics staff
• Maintaining strong stock control and inventory accuracy
• Coordinating transport, drivers, and delivery schedules
• Ensuring safe working practices and operational compliance
• Driving continuous improvement across systems and processes
• Supporting maintenance coordination and inter-branch transfers
• Building a positive and high-performing team culture

About You

You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable working on the floor while managing priorities and people.

You’ll bring:

• Strong operational or logistics experience
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent organisation and planning ability
• High attention to detail and safety awareness
• Confidence using inventory management systems
• Clear communication and teamwork skills

Experience in entertainment or technical production is preferred but not essential — training will be provided for the right candidate.
