Our flagship initiative, Queensland Music Trails, curates unforgettable music and cultural tourism experiences across regional and remote Queensland, where renowned artists perform in spectacular natural locations.

The Opportunity

Are you ready to create experiences that bring music, culture, and community together? Join us as a Producer and help deliver a bold and meaningful program of events as part of the QLD Music Trails.

This is a contract role covering maternity leave for an expected period of 6 to 9 months. Reporting to the Executive Producer, you’ll work closely with artists, communities, and event teams to bring Trail events to life.

  • Significant experience producing festivals, tours, or large-scale public events (ideally across multiple regional sites).
  • Strong stakeholder and community engagement skills.
  • Excellent project and budget management capabilities.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by event schedules.
  • Open to travel within Queensland as needed.
