About the Role:
Stage and Studio Productions is seeking skilled and passionate Audio/Visual & Sound Technicians to join our talented team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a love for live events and technical expertise in audio, visual, sound, and lighting equipment. As a key member of our crew, you will deliver exceptional technical support for a wide range of events and productions, contributing to the success of our clients’ unforgettable experiences.
This role offers the flexibility of full-time, part-time, or casual work and provides the chance to work in a fast-paced events industry with a company that values creativity, quality, and professional growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating and maintaining audio-visual and sound equipment for live events, performances, conferences, gala dinners, school graduations, exhibitions, and much much more.

Setting up and troubleshooting technical equipment to ensure smooth execution of events.

Collaborating with the production and events teams to deliver tailored technical solutions for clients.

Providing on-site support and oversight during events to maintain the highest standards.

Maintaining and ensuring the upkeep of technical equipment and infrastructure.

Continuously learning and adapting to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as an audio/visual & sound technician, ideally in the events or production industry.

Strong technical expertise in operating audio, visual, sound, and lighting equipment, with some knowledge of theming.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.

Relevant qualifications or certifications in audio engineering, technical production, or a related field.

A passion for live events and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
