The Role
No two days are the same. One week you might be installing cable infrastructure on a major construction site; the next, you’re fitting out a full Performing Arts Centre or delivering high-end AV and lighting systems.
You’ll be working hands-on across:

Electrical, AV & stage lighting installations
-
Rough-in and cable installation on construction sites
-
Terminations (Power, XLR, BNC, Cat6A, etc.)

Manufacturing and assembling project components
-
Working closely within a small, highly skilled team
-
Using a wide range of construction tools
-
Opportunities to step into a team-leader role as you grow
What We’re Looking For
Highly regarded experience:
-
AV installation or rack building
-
Theatre/live production knowledge
-
Electrical licence (highly favourable)
-
Ability to read architectural drawings & schematics
-
Strong teamwork and self-management
-
Ability to work away when required
-
Experience leading small teams (bonus)
