Senior Lighting Technician – VMA – Level 5 – $75,589.50 – $76,961.48:

In this hands-on role, you’ll take the lead in programming and operating lighting consoles, managing installations, and ensuring every production shines at its absolute best. 

As a Senior Lighting Technician, you’ll be at the heart of the action—working closely with production teams to bring bold artistic visions to life. You’ll oversee the setup and removal of lighting infrastructure, maintain and repair equipment, and contribute to a strong safety culture. Your expertise with ETC EOS consoles and theatrical lighting operations will be key to delivering flawless performances.

As Lighting Supervisor, you’ll manage a talented team of technicians, coordinate workflows for major events and seasons, and provide expert guidance to resolve technical challenges. Your ability to mentor staff, maintain equipment, and deliver innovative solutions will be key to supporting world-class performances. 

You’ll also play a vital role in shaping the technical excellence of our venues—building strong relationships with production teams, venue hirers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and outstanding results.
