Senior AV Technician / Developing TD Role

The Event & Activation Resource Pty Ltd (theEAR), are looking for a Senior AV Technician with a passion for audio or video (or both) who’s ready to take the next step in their career. If you’re motivated, client-focused, and excited by the idea of growing into a Technical Director (TD), this might be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 4-5 years’ hands-on experience in audio or video operations
• Strong technical problem-solving skills
• Solid communication and client-facing experience – this is a must
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• A strong work ethic and a calm, solutions-first attitude onsite

Bonus Points For:

• IT/networking skills
• Experience working in live and broadcast environments
• AV system integration and/or an AV specialty
