We’re looking for a Solutions Sales Specialist who knows that the magic happens long before a purchase order is raised.

The Role

This is a consultative, influence-first sales role.

You’ll work at the front end of projects, engaging consulting engineers, accessibility specialists, architects and end users, getting our technologies specified early in the design stage. You’ll shape conversations around accessibility, performance and user experience, and position MadisonAV as the trusted technical partner.

While AV integrators execute the commercial side, you own the opportunity journey from first spark through pipeline to successful handover and delivery.

It’s about building belief, driving specification, and creating pull-through demand.

What You’ll Be Driving

• Adoption of modern assistive listening technologies including Auracast™ and Wi-Fi streaming.
• Expansion of professional assistive listening systems into new and emerging markets
• Early-stage specification of collaboration solutions into meeting and learning spaces
• Strong relationships with the consultants and influencers who shape projects nationally
• A healthy, well-managed pipeline that converts through the integration channel

What You Bring

• Experience in solutions or technical sales within AV, ICT or building technologies
• Confidence influencing engineers and senior stakeholders in complex environments
• A consultative mindset, you diagnose first, recommend second
• The ability to translate technical capability into clear commercial value
• Comfort managing long sales cycles across multiple stakeholders
