Casual Warehouse Crew & AV Technicians | Sydney

We’re expanding our casual crew pool and are looking for warehouse crew and beginner to intermediate AV / lighting / staging operators – plus fast learners with great attitudes who want to grow in live events.

If you’re the kind of person who can keep calm during a 10-minute reset, wrangle cables without turning them into modern art, or just genuinely enjoys being part of a tight crew that makes events happen – we want you.

Based out of our St Peters warehouse, you’ll support events all over Sydney, with opportunities to travel interstate for the right crew.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your experience, you’ll be involved in:

• Warehouse prep, packing and equipment management

• Bump in / bump out: loading, unloading, setup and pack-down

• Supporting AV, lighting, staging and general tech ops

• Operating or assisting with basic lighting, audio and vision tasks

• Following run sheets, taking direction and keeping safety front of mind

• Being the reliable, professional crew that clients ask for again

What You’ll Bring

• Some events or AV experience or a genuine willingness to learn

• A great attitude, punctuality and a hands-on mindset

• Availability across weekdays and/or weekends
  (early starts and late finishes can happen)

• Physical capacity to lift, carry and be on your feet for long periods

• Black workwear and basic PPE (steel-cap boots a plus)

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Requirements & Extras

• White Card (easy to obtain)

• Manual driver’s license – an advantage, not essential

• Bonus points for any AV, lighting or staging experience

• Extra bonus points if you’ve ever named a road case
